The USS Stout (DDG 55) is an Arleigh Burke-class destroyer home-ported at Naval Station Norfolk. The deployment to 6th Fleet OPAREA comes at a time of increased unrest in Egypt and Syria.
Norfolk-based destroyer Stout to deploy Sunday
